We got to visit D and M at the orphanage today. Unfortunately it was for a short time because of all of the paperwork required for us to do to get us headed for home. We met with the Chief Doctor again and she told us that the children were expecting us to come for them now and are looking forward to it. It was raining so we played inside of their music room - not the ideal place to play for two active children, but it was fun. They continue to be more interested in the food and juice I bring than coloring - and they'd much rather play active games. The plane should be fun!
Today is the day the adoption is official - and the day we had to go to their official building to sign the adoption decree and their new birth certificates. It was fun because they have their weddings there, too - civil weddings with lots of white dresses, friends all dressed up, and even a choir in Russian costumes singing for one.
